A Hey Chronic! camera project

Toke the World.

Show us the ritual. Make a 4 × 6 card of your session and it lands on its own 4 × 6 inches of legal ground. Card by card, we light up the map.

A hanging grow light shines on two potted plants labelled Chronic and Scotty.
All of it happened, but none of it is true.

The map

Legal ground, lit one card at a time.

Cards can only land where cannabis is legal for adults: every province and territory in Canada, and the US states that have legalized. The rest of the map waits in the dark.

No app. Just your phone or computer. A real person checks every card before it goes on the map.

The house rule

Shoot the ritual, not the face.

01 Your photo

Hands, smoke, the jar, the rolling tray, the view. Your own photo, nobody under legal age in it, and faces only if they’re happy to be on the map.

02 The look
03 Where it lands

Your card claims a random 4 × 6 inch spot inside it, with real coordinates on the back. Never your address. Only places where it’s legal are on the list.

Every card is reviewed before it appears. We email you a copy now and let you know when it’s on the map. No sales, no brand ads, no driving. Privacy Policy

House rules

Keep it legal. Keep it kind.

Toke the World celebrates the ritual, from the first seed to the last pass. A real person reviews every card, and every report.

Shoot the ritual, not the face.
  1. Legal age, legal ground. You’re of legal age where you are (18+ in Alberta, 21+ in Québec and the US, 19+ everywhere else in Canada), and it’s legal there.
  2. Nobody under age. Not in the shot, not in the background, not in the circle.
  3. Never behind the wheel. No driving, no boating, nothing that puts anyone at risk.
  4. Faces by permission. Hands, smoke and the view say it all. Ask before anyone else’s face goes on the map.
  5. No selling, no brand ads. No prices, menus, dispensary plugs or logos front and centre.
  6. Nothing graphic. No nudity, violence or hate. Report anything that slips through.
